Dr. Crown Hoffman has been helping patients throughout the greater Charlotte region since 2006 and joined the Southeast Family Chiropractic team in 2011.
He is passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care that improves the way his patients move and live.
As a Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Dr. Hoffman combines advanced training with a personal approach that meets each patient where they are.

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Hoffman can be found performing with the Stardusters big band, hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Kate, and their two children.
